BP Care Co. was founded in memory of Bibi and Patty. Two grandmothers whose families watched them struggle through inadequate transport and care in their final years. Appointments missed. Rides that showed up late, or not at all. Drivers who treated them like a delivery, not a person. We started this company because we went looking for something better and couldn't find it — so we built it ourselves
How we work:
BP Care Co. is a family-run business, not a call centre. When you call, a real dispatcher answers — someone who knows your booking, not a script.
What we believe:
We believe getting to a medical appointment shouldn't be the hardest part of someone's day. We believe reliability isn't a bonus feature — it's the whole job. And we believe every client deserves to be treated with the same dignity we'd want for our own grandmothers.
Where we're headed:
Transport is where we started. As BP Care Co. grows, our goal is to bring the same compassionate, dependable care into people's homes — because getting somewhere safely is only half of what our clients need
